Our objective was clear and concise: showcase the impact recruiters have on the full cycle of a placement. From the recruiter to the job-order,  the candidate and her surrounding family and the company who paid for the search.

Making this pilot was certainly difficult, but exhilarating and satisfying at the same time. From shooting in incremental weather to the final stages of the editing process, we got a hard-knocks education within the full spectrum of the film making process and it was entirely eye opening.

We truly hope our message comes across loud and clear and that this short film is a good enough representation of the recruitment field and one that you will feel passionate enough to spread virally to your colleagues, friends and family.

Is it not time that this vocation got the respect it has been giving on to others that it rightfully deserves? We look forward to your thoughts.
