This challenge was designed to test the interviewing skills of each of our Top Recruiters. In the boardroom, they each tackle the challenge from a completely different approach (some may even make you blush), but it quickly becomes apparent that there is much to be learned from these recruiters. Mr. Ryan Scott, president of Signature Healthcare Search joins us as the judge and give us a few pointers on how to be a success at your next job interview.

After the boardroom interviews, Judge Ryan Scott conferences with his panel to weigh in the results.

The Decision

The first challenge comes to an end and the Top Recruiters anxiously wait for the winner announcement.
