Top Recruiter turned out to be a great experience for everyone involved. Our objective was clear and concise: showcase the impact recruiters have on the full cycle of a placement. From the recruiter to the job-order, the candidate and her surrounding family and the company who paid for the search.

Making this pilot was certainly difficult, but exhilarating and satisfying at the same time. From shooting in incremental weather to the final stages of the editing process, we got a hard-knocks education within the full spectrum of the film making process and it was entirely eye opening.

We truly hope our message comes across loud and clear and that this short film is a good enough representation of the recruitment field and one that you will feel passionate enough to spread virally to your colleagues, friends and family.

Is it not time that this vocation got the respect it has been giving on to others that it rightfully deserves? We look forward to your thoughts.

It was a long and circuitous path that brought us to Andy Silvers photo studio. When we first laid our eyes on his work, we knew that we found ourselves a special artist, one that would give us an edge that safer photographers wouldn’t dare go to and one that would finally deliver that one special photo that we have been searching for since the beginning of the show. Go behind the scenes with us and catch a glimpse of our very first shoot in Greensboro, NC. It was a hot and muggy day, with a meticulous shooting schedule that seemed like it would never end. The experience brought into focus the varied intricacies of film making and all of its neighboring counterparts: location, travel, lighting, make-up, re-scripting, direction… a challenging list indeed.
